Vivian Arlene Wilson (Hart), age 93, went home to be with her Lord, on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her home in Evart with her daughters, Cindy and Paulette at her side. Vivian was born in Shepherd on November 10, 1921 to Floyd and Louise (Lyman) Black. She married Roger Hart on October 20, 1939 in Isabella County and they made their home in Weidman a short time before moving to Pontiac where Roger was employed. Vivian and Roger moved to the Weidman and Barryton areas where their children were raised. Vivian was the head baker and cook at the Dairy Bar in Barryton and enjoyed working at the Groves Store for numerous years. She enjoyed her flower gardens, fishing, crocheting, quilting and sewing. When she was able she loved to dance and was a former member of the Barryton Rebekahs. Vivian is survived by; four daughters, Carol (Tom) Bierschbach of Beal City, Gloria (Scott) McKenzie of Lake, Paulette (Ty) Strong of Remus and Cindy Maneke of Evart; one son, Cyrus Hart of Barryton; 20 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Donna Curtiss and Wilma Alpers; and several great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close friends. Vivian was preceded in death by her parents; 2 husbands, Roger Hart in 1968 and Burt Wilson in 1991 and dear friend Forrest Eggert in 2009. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton with Pastor Ryan Beilfuss officiating. Vivian will be laid to rest at Strong Cemetery in the spring. The family will greet friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13th at the Daggett Funeral Home. Memorial contributions in Vivian's name can be made to the Mecosta Senior Center where she looked forward to playing Euchre.
