Tiffany L. Niergarth (Case) age 59 of Barryton, went to be with the Lord, after a long battle with congestive heart failure, on Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Midland with her loving children at her side. She was born on October 15, 1949 to Ted and Phyllis (Boise) Case in Big Rapids. Tiffany graduated from Barryton High School and continued her education at Ferris State graduating with a bachelor's degree in social work. She later became a substance abuse councilor and was actively involved with child protection and woman's crisis. Tiffany enjoyed making crafts, watching MSU sports events and spending time in her parents "healing pond" . Tiffany is survived by adoring children: Chad Witbeck and fiance Gina and his children: Cameron, Chance, Devan and Caden, and Chantel Witbeck an Tim and their family: Joshua, Kloie and Sean, three sisters: Naomi (Bruce) Pellot, Tonya Case, Deanna Braden, two brothers: Terry and Kepp Case, a special niece Nikki Sue who has been there through it all and several Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends who have shown their continued support and love over the last few days. Besides her parents Ted and Phyllis Case she was preceded in death by her brother Burgess. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2009 at the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton with the family greeting friends one hour prior. The family would like to request in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Tiffany's name be left at the funeral home.
