Taylor B. Couturier, age 22, of Morley, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, January 12, 2014. He was born March 14, 1991 in Jacksonville Florida. Taylor moved to Morley as a child. He grew up in Morley and most recently had been working at Meijer Incorporated in Big Rapids. He is survived by his father, Barry Couturier of Morley; his mother, Kelly Couturier of Columbus, OH; a brother, Brian Couturier of Columbus, OH; three sisters, Britne (Terry) West of Norfolk, VA, Julie Couturier and Megan Couturier both of Columbus, OH; a niece Kayla West; his paternal grandmother, Delores Couturier of Morley and many other family members. Taylor was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Couturier and his maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Gerald Gardner. A funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids with Pastor Frank Taylor officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to services. Spring burial will be at Aetna Township Cemetery in Morley. Memorial contributions in Taylor's name may be made to the Morley Fire and Rescue.
