Tammy O. Middleton, age 59, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017 in Holland after battling ALS. She was born on December 3, 1957 in Detroit to Betty C. (Stanley) and Thomas Middleton. Tammy graduated from Evart High School and raised her family in Remus. She enjoyed music, a good cup of coffee and spending time with her grandchildren. Tammy loved to read her Bible. She is survived by her family that she held close to her heart: four children, Eric Middleton of Holland, Jeff (Amy) Middleton of Grand Haven, Derrick (Nicole) Middleton of St. Louis and Ericka (James Rich) Middleton of Lincoln Park; six grandchildren, Deontae Middleton, Desmond Navarre, Aireeana, Khyla, Bianca and Gavin Middleton; beloved sister Sandra Middleton and brother Fred Wilde; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Tammy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Joy Lane, Judy Cole and Wayne Tacey. A celebration of Tammys life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2017 at the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton.
