Steven W. Jensen, age 64 of Big Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 13, 2021. He was born August 8, 1956 in Cadillac the son of Henry and Joan (Foster) Jensen. In 1960 the family moved to Big Rapids where Steve graduated from High School in 1974. He served in the United States Airforce until his honorable discharge. Steve owned and operated Jensens Business Services in Big Rapids until his retirement. He loved to fish and he also enjoyed deer hunting. Steve was a member of the Mecosta County Rod and Gun Club. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Jackie Jensen; children, Pamela (Tim) VanAlstine of Hersey, Dale McGuire of Big Rapids, Tami (Harold) Davy of Rodney, Mark McGuire of Big Rapids; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Phillip Jensen; several nieces, nephews; business associates and friends, especially dear friends, Gordy and Gail Cook of Cheboygan. A Memorial service will take place at Steves home (13730 120th Avenue Rodney, MI) on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
