Stephen A. Moore, 78, of Remus, passed away on November 5, 2025.

He was born on March 6, 1947, in Edmore, the son of Albert and Eloise (Shaw) Moore. On March 19, 1966, he was united in marriage to Karen Allen, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and devotion.

Stephen graduated from Oakland University and went on to build a meaningful career in Social Work, where he dedicated himself to helping others. Despite enduring a serious car accident in 1987 and later developing Parkinson's Disease, Stephen faced life's challenges with remarkable courage and a consistently positive attitude.

He was an avid sports fan, especially fond of football and tennis. When able, he loved spending time outdoors gardening, and he cherished every moment spent with his family.

Stephen is survived by his loving wife, Karen Moore; daughter, Stephanie Moore; grandchildren, Alexander (fiancée Capri) Cooper, Christian (Hailey) Cooper, and Cameron Cooper; and sisters-in-law, Kitty Moore and Joanna Moore.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Gary Moore and Keith Moore.
