Sherry (Lutjens) Batchelder, age 55, passed away at her home in Rodney Sunday, November 1, 2015. Sherry leaves behind her husband Richard Batchelder, son Dustin Young of Rodney, grandson Dylan Cook of Big Rapids, mother Ruth Lutjens of Cadillac, 2 brothers Robert (Donna) Lutjens of Tenn. and Dennis (Charlene) Lutjens of Chase, 1 Sister Kathy (Dennis) Hewitt of Cadillac, 7 nieces and nephews. Sherry was preceded in death by her father Robert Lutjens, grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles. A memorial gathering will take place from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Colfax Township Hall in Rodney.
