Sarah Jean Schroll, age 46 of Barryton went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 20, 2010 unexpectedly at her home. She was born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on April 15, 1964 to Russell E. and Laura M. (VanConant) Schroll. Collecting knickknacks was Sarah's major hobby. She had several cows, angels and unicorns in her collection. Sarah wasn't one to sit still around the house she was always rearranging the furniture. Sarah enjoyed her family often joking and poking around at them in fun. She appreciated music and cards. Sarah is survived by her soul mate Robert "Bob" Jennings, two children whom she always tried to put first Rachel and Dennis Patterson all of Barryton, step-daughter Kathy Jennings and her daughter Savannah Spade of Alma, two beloved brothers Edward Schroll of Barryton and William (Bonnie) Merritt of Kodiak, Alaska, Uncle Ernie VanConant and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents Russell in 1963 and Laura in 2003. Funeral services for Sarah will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Sherman City Cemetery with the family greeting friends one hour prior at the Cemetery. Pastor Tom Doherty will be officiating. Memorial donations in Sarah's name can be left at the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton.
