Sandra L. (Bowen) Wolschleger, age 71, died Friday, August 20, 2021 surrounded by family at Margaretss Meadows in Remus MI. She was born June 6, 1950 in Port Huron, the daughter of Frank and Eleene (Gillies) Bowen. Sandy married the love of her life, Robert Wolschleger Sr, in July of 1968 in Ruth, Michigan and moved to Big Rapids with their sons in 1979. She enjoyed participating in many activities; traveling, boating, camping, snowmobiling and socializing with friends. Sandy especially loved riding her motorcycle with her husband, sons and friends. She treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren. Sandy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert; sons, Robert (Melissa), Chris (Kristie); sister, Cindy (Robert) Schock; grandchildren, Olivia, Mackenzie, Andrew, Connor, Marissa and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Eleene and sister, Mary Jo (Bowen) Currie. Celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Bob and Sandys house.
