Samuel George "Sam" Falsetta, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Medilodge of Mt. Pleasant under the care of Heartland Hospice. Sam was born on December 25, 1929 in Grand Ledge, MI the son of Joseph and Rose (Vavallo) Falsetta. He married Stella Steel Schoen in Mt. Pleasant. Sam was a partner in the Casa Nova Lanes in Big Rapids and most recently had been a driver for Krapohl Ford in Mt. Pleasant. Sam was a member of the Catholic Church and the American Legion.

Sam is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Stella; stepsons, Vaughn (Lynn) Schoen of Big Rapids, Greg Falsetta of Mt. Pleasant, and Mac Schoen of Mecosta and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
