Robert J. Reha, age 52 of Nunica, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014 in Canadian Lakes at his sister's home with his family by his side. He was born February 10, 1962 in St. Johns, the son of Stephen and Irene (Rendel) Reha. Bob graduated from Ithaca High School in 1980. He joined the United States Army serving in the Military Police in Germany. After Bob was honorably discharged he attended Michigan State University. He then married Brenda Rudlaff in 1986 at the Lutheran Church in Berrien Springs. Bob began his working career at Hatfield Spraying Service designing crop dusting planes. He then was employed by Dura Automotive as a computer-aided designer. Bob enjoyed collecting military memorabilia and he was a member of the National Rifle Association. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Reha of Nunica; his father, Steve (Jeanne) Reha of Alma; two sisters, Margie Allison of Ferndale and Jill (Steven) Evans of Canadian Lakes; four nieces and nephews, Hiedi Allen, Ryan Morris, Alexandria Parnell and Emily Morris. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Reha and his brother, Timothy Reha. Funeral services will take place 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids with Pastor Dar Blanshan officiating. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 14th at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to Spectrum Health Hospice.
