Peter Mudel, age 84 of Canadian Lakes passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born November 8, 1924 in Hamtramck to Peter and Stefania (Solswinska) Mudel Sr. Peter and Ann raised their family in Bloomfield Hills, MI before moving to Canadian Lakes in 1995. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Ann of Canadian Lakes, Children; Nancy (James) Harris of Canadian Lakes, Joyce (Frank) Toporowski of Troy, 4 grandchildren; Maggie and Alex Harris and Steven and Sarah Toporowski, 1 brother; Joseph (Maryanne), his dogs Loki and Charlie, cat Sparky and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Walter and John Mudel. Cremation has taken place and no services are being planned at this time.
