Pamela Kay Loyd, age 40 a lifelong resident of Rodney, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022. She was born in Big Rapids on December 7, 1982, the daughter of Paulette Daniels. Pam was a 2000 graduate of Chippewa Hills High School. She had many talents and was a hard worker. In the past, Pam was employed by Wolverine World Wide and Simonds International; currently she works at Big Rapids Products.

Pam married Dominick Loyd August 8, 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, and daughter. Pam enjoyed collecting Petoskey stones, going mushroom hunting, and painting nails.

She is survived by her husband, Dominick Loyd; four children, Christian and Kaleb Ressler and Aidan and Makayla Loyd; her mother, Paulette Grover; two step-brothers, Zack and Tim Gray; and several nieces and nephews.

Pam was preceded in death by her sister Heather Lynn Tripp and her maternal grandparents Junior and Pauline Daniels. A Time of Sharing will take place 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids. The family will greet friends one hour prior, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
