Noah G. Stauffer, age 17 of Mecosta, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015. He was born April 25, 1998 in Grand Rapids the son of Jeffrey D. and Deborah A. (Blaisdell) Stauffer. Noah was a junior at Big Rapids High School. He was a member of the National Honor Society and he ran cross country. Noah had just been granted the honor of attending Michigan Boys State at Northwood University in Midland. Noah had many interests; he loved music and especially enjoyed collecting vinyl records. He liked everything about the outdoors; hunting, fishing, golf, boating and even being a partner in his own lawn care business. Noah could fix anything and if he couldn't fix; he reinvented it. Noah is survived by his loving parents, Jeff and Deb Stauffer; a brother, Sam Stauffer all of Mecosta; maternal grandparents, Alice and Lyle Blaisdell of Stanton; two aunts, Kim Brundage of Sheridan, Jen Blaisdell of Stanton and a cousin, Jake Winnie of Stanton. Funeral services will take place 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids.
