Neale "Woody" Woodbury, age 65, died Sunday May 14, 2023 at his home in Remus. He was born December 23, 1957 in Lakeview, the son of Stanley and Shirley (Morse) Woodbury. Woody graduated from Chippewa Hills High School in 1976 and enlisted in to the United States Marines in 1977. After being honorably discharged he studied automotive engineering at Ferris State University. Woody was a Master Mechanic for over 35 years at various repair shops. He enjoyed watching M*A*S*H and Full Metal Jacket reruns along with any John Wayne movie. Woody loved to boat, fish, and had a passion for riding his Harley Davidson.

He is survived by his sons, Jaime and Sam Woodbury; step-children, Danny, Richie, and Patrick Bentley; honorary daughter, Stephanie Markham; brothers, Scott and Shawn Woodbury; Saundria, Riley, Lola, Stanley; three great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family that called him "Papa"; cherished dogs, Pickle, Tilly, Dinkus, Tater, Harley and Dina. Woody was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Stacy Kettle; step-daughter Lacey Bentley and dog, Bubba.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
