Margaret Ann Kirvan, age 90, of Remus passed away on June 21, 2013 at Eaton County Palliative Care in Charlotte. She was born on May 13, 1923 to Ward and Maude (Loomis) Emmons. Margaret married Robert H. Kirvan of Weidman in Mt. Pleasant on October 9, 1946 and they made their home in Weidman a short time before moving to their home near Remus where she resided until just after her 90th birthday. Margaret was employed by Hitachi Magnetics in Edmore for numerous years before her retirement. She came from the era where everyone was a hard worker and she loved to look at flowers. Margaret is survived by one sister, Edith Revis of Eaton Rapids and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Kirvan in 1993 and 5 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2013 at the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton with the family greeting friends one hour prior from 1-2 p.m.
