Kenneth "Ken" Lawrence Kalka, passed away unexpectantly at home, on February, 28, 2020 in Barryton, Michigan, at the age of 64.

Ken is survived by wife, Ila Kalka; grandson, Cody (Breanna) Chesebro; great grandchildren; Madalynn Marie, Avery Isabelle and a great grandson coming this June; siblings, Karen Haddox and Chris Croley. Ken was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathryn Lutze; parents, Clarence Kalka & Marjorie Croley and his sister, Lorraine Murray.

Ken was born on March 31, 1955 in Lansing Michigan. He graduated from Chippewa Hills Highschool in 1974, married Ila and joined the Army National Guard where he served as a Sergeant for 6 years. Ken was a skilled mechanic and often was the go to man for help on any type of vehicle. Ken loved driving racecars and was an avid Nascar fan. Ken also loved the Buckley Old Engine Show and working on his tractors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, music and often volunteered to drive his tractor in local parades for various childrens groups. A service is not scheduled at this time.
