Judith Ann Miller age 64, of Chippewa Lake passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Metron of Big Rapids. She was born on October 18, 1946 in Big Rapids to Donald and Luella (LeVeque)Maxon Sr. On April 16, 1966 she married Raymond I. Miller in Rodney and they made their home and raised their family in Chippewa Lake. Judy looked forward to mushrooming, was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking. She is survived by her husband Raymond and two sons, Martin (Katie) and Troy (Angie) of Chippewa Lake; ten grandchildren, Samantha Lafayette, Sylvia, Shayla, Gabe, Alyssa, Matthew, Gavin, Willow and Tryna Miller; great-grandson Brenden Swarthout; three brothers, Don (Maxine) Maxon Jr. of Midland, Lavern (Sue) Maxon of Mecosta and Bruce (Lori) Maxon of Big Rapids; five sisters, Joyce (Roy) Holsworth of Rodney, Donna (Don) Whiteside of Detour, Carol (Ronnie) Lintemuth of Rodney, Claudia (Glen) Miller of Chippewa Lake, Theresa Vanvehls of Grand Rapids and many nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, infant twin siblings, Keith and Katherine and a grand-daughter Megan Miller. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, July 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 28th at the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton with Pastor Stephen Scott officiating. Interment will be at Martiny Township Cemetery in Rodney.
