Jessica Jones, age 33, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 28, 2014. She was born November 13, 1980, the daughter of Susan (Lohrberg) and Bobbie Jones. Jessica graduated from Big Rapids High School in 1998. She earned her Bachelors of Science, R.N. degree from Ferris State University. Jessica had worked as a traveling nurse throughout Michigan and several states. She enjoyed showing dogs and horses for 4H and was on the equestrian team at Big Rapids High School. She is survived by her mother, Susan Jones of Paris; three brothers, James Jones, John Jones, Michael Jones; three sisters, Kimberly (James) Merklinger, Tammy Colvin, Dawn Jones; many nieces, nephews, cousins and her devoted friend, Jason Maguire. Jessica was preceded in death by her father Bobbie Jones on October 3, 2013 and a brother, Robert Jones. In lieu of flowers donations may be made for the memorial stone for Jessica. A memorial service for Jessica is being planned.
