Jennifer Louise Norris, 60, of Big Rapids, passed away peacefully at home on April 1, 2025. Born on April 21, 1964, to Norman and Norma (Kailing) Merrill, Jennifer was raised with a strong work ethic and a creative spirit. She graduated from Morley Stanwood High School and continued her education graduating from Ferris State University 2-year Printing Program and later graduating with a Business Degree from Baker College. On April 13, 1991, she married Reginald "Reggie" Norris, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.  Jennifer found joy in staying busy, whether through work, home projects, and especially reading books.

Jennifer is survived by her devoted husband: Reggie Norris; children: Greg Norris, Katy (Chantz) Bloomfield, and Ian Norris; siblings: Jack (Tammy) Merrill, Susan (Thomas) Stahl, Gary (Elizabeth) Merrill, and Paula (James) Weipert.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Norman and Norma Merrill; and siblings, Douglas and Donna Merrill.

Jennifer will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her kindness, creativity, and unwavering dedication to her family will forever be cherished.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Big Rapids. The family will receive guests from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Liturgy. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Reed City. Arrangements are in the care of Daggett Gilbert Funeral Homes, Big Rapids.
