Jennie Bell Lynn Roy, age 24 of Muskegon, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 7, 2018. She was born February 7, 1994 in Big Rapids, the daughter of Richard Bowers and Jennifer Race. Jennie Bell graduated from Chippewa Hills High School in 2014. She was a happy soul and took pride in raising her two children. Jennie Bell enjoyed watching Cops on tv and shooting guns. She is survived by her two children, Jay Geno and Nevaeh Roy of Muskegon; boyfriend, Nick Stryker of North Muskegon; parents, Jennifer (Robert) Daly of Muskegon and Rich (Sarah) Bowers of Morley; grandparents, Mark and Jennie Derby of Morley, Linda Daniels of Big Rapids, and Robert Race of Pierson; great-grandmothers, Kathryn Griffes of Morley and Marian Bowers of Morley; brothers, Jebadiah Johnson of Barryton, Dylan Vincent of Kinross, and Tyler Vincent of Honor; step-father, Samuel Johnson of Barryton; uncle, Daniel Sanford of Arizona; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Jennie Bell was preceded in death by four great-grandfathers and two great-grandmothers. Funeral services will take place 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids with Pastor Connie Shoemaker officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made in Jennies name to the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home to cover expenses.
