Jeffrey Roy Newlove, age 60, lovingly known as "Buncles" by his family and friends, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Saturday, July 14, 2007 at his home with loved ones at his side. Jeff was born April 28, 1947 in Wayne County to George and Doris Newlove. He was the Fixed Operations Manager at Godfrey Motor Mall in Cadillac. Jeff enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and looked forward to his trips to Tippy Dam. Jeff is survived by four children David (Luann) Newlove of Sand Lake Jeffrey Newlove of Big Rapids Jennifer (John) Ososki of Big Rapids and Sean Newlove of Tecumseh. He was greatly respected by his children who always looked up to him as a father. He was the loving son of Doris Newlove of Big Rapids who greatly adored her son, He was "Papa" to 8 Grandchildren: Denise, Bryton, Brady, Debra, Julia, Emma, Ryan, Mackenzie and another one on the way, The beloved brother of Shirley (Bill) Rizor of Sears And Uncle of Brian (Melissa) Hurst and Kathy (Miguel) Galley and their families. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home Inc. in Big Rapids. Memorial donations in Jeffrey's name may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
