James E. Aymor, age 66 of Stanwood, passed away Friday, November 30, 2007 at his home. He was born September 21, 1941 in Wheatfield Township, Ingham County. Jim was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corp serving during the Vietnam War. He worked for Benedict's Manufacturing in Big Rapids for many years. Jim was a member of American Legion Post # 225. He is survived by A sister, June (Clinton) Franklin A brother, Harvey (Mabel) Aymor all of Newaygo and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his wife Linda, three brothers and four sisters. Cremation has taken place and a memorial graveside service is being planned for this spring at Aetna Township Cemetery in Morley.
