Ilene Vera Bair age 64 of Big Rapids, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 5, 2024. Daughter of Leo and Jane (Kindred) Drews, Ilene was born on February 8, 1960 in Big Rapids. Ilene met the love of her life, William Bair in 1989 at Wolverine, where they both worked. They married in 2003 and have been inseparable ever since. Ilene was a giver, and donated any time she could to charities such as The Wounded Warrior Project, and St. Jude Childrens Hospital. Ilene was an avid paranormal TV show fan, and you could always find her watching her shows with her favorite snack of sweets. Ilene is survived by her husband; two children, Brian (Crystal) Flowers, and Kacy (Jared) Leeds; sister, Mary Nowlin; brother-in-law, Mike Guy; four grandchildren, Jadrick Flowers, Jacob Hull, Justin, and Brice Leeds; and many nieces and nephews. Ilene was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, May Fuhrman and Sylvia Guy; brother, John Drews; and brothers-in-law, George Fuhrman and Phil Nowlin.
