Harold J. Osburn age 92, died Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Altercare of Big Rapids. He was born December 22, 1928 in Grand Rapids, MI, the son of Raymond and Frances (Maynard) Osburn. Harold attended Chippewa Lake Community Church. One of his greatest joys in life was spending time with his grandchildren. Harold enjoyed fishing and was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. He is survived by his children, Daren (Darci) Osburn, Linda (Gerald) Soper, Debra (Larry) Cooper, Dawn (Ted) Staszkiewicz, Diane (Tim) Maguire, Darla Schroeder, Donna Zack; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Harold is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; son, Robin; parents Raymond and Frances; brothers, Lowell and Roy; sisters, Dorothy and Laura. A small service for his children will be held. There will be a memorial service in Spring of 2021 for friends and family at Chippewa Lake Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
