Glenn F. Riedy, age 86 of Canadian Lakes, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in Grand Rapids. He was born Februrary 26, 1926 in Escanaba, the son of Raymond and Bernadette (Richie) Riedy. Glenn is survived by 2 daughters, Karen Pidruzny and Lisa Madar; a daughter-in-law, Debra Riedy all of Las Vegas; 6 grandchildren, David, Christopher, Jody, Stephanie, Stephen and Susannah and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary, a son, Rick F. Riedy and a brother, Raymond Riedy. A Memorial Mass will take place 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Remus with Reverend Phil Shangraw officiating. Memorial contributions may be made in Glenn's name to the Nevada Cancer Institute, One Breakthrough Way, Las Vegas, NV, 89135.
