Gerald L. MacDonald (Jerry) of Oxford went home to be with the Lord on May 1, 2023 at home with his family at his side. He was born on April 12, 1929 in Sanilac county, Michigan to Roy and Katherine MacDonald and was married to Joy Sisco on August 2, 1949 until her passing in 2014. He was a Pastor for over 60 years serving congregations in Michigan, Colorado, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Before retiring (on four separate occasions), he had served as: Pastor, District Sunday School Director, District Youth Director, Youth for Christ Associate, President of the Michigan Bible Institute, Pastor-Associate with World Vision International, and host of a weekly radio program in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Jerry is survived by his son Gregory (Valerie), and daughter Melody, along with 5 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
