Francis H. Allen, age 59 of Blanchard, passed away unexpectedly at home on December 18, 2018. He was born on April 14, 1959 in Edmore to Homer and Verna (Sedore) Allen. Francis graduated from Chippewa Hills High School in 1977. He was proud to have served in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. Before moving back to the family home he was employed by General Electric in Alabama. Cremation has taken place with the care of the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton. Private interment of cremains will be held at a later date at Decker Cemetery in Blanchard.
