Eloise M. Moore, age 87 of Remus, passed away Friday, April 21, 2006 at Central Michigan Community Hospital in Mt. Pleasant. She was born December 12, 1918 in Remus to George and Elva (Shaw) Boyden. Eloise married Albert Moore on October 29, 1938. A devote Lutheran her entire life she was baptized in 1924 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Remus and was confirmed in 1932. She is survived by three loving sons: Keith (Joanna) Moore of Land O'Lakes, FL Gary (Kit) Moore of Blanchard Stephen (Karen) Moore of Remus Sister: Dawn (Gene) Taft of Cornell, MI Six (6) Grandchildren, Thirteen (13) Great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Eloise was preceded in death by her father George Shaw, Stepfather Frank Boyden, Mother Elva Shaw Boyden, husband Albert February 6, 2003, sisters: Darlo Sloan, Jean Bard, Monique Chapman, Jeanette Boyden and one brother Wayne Shaw. Funeral services will take place 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 25th at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Remus with Pastor Jonathan Voss officiating. Interment will be at Wambolt Cemetery in Remus. The family will greet friends on Monday, April 24, 2006 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. also at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Remus. In lieu of flowers, it is the family's request that memorial contributions in Eloise's name be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
