Doyle Dexter Latham, 64, died at his home in Rodney, MI on Friday, August 16, 2013. Doyle was born, August 15, 1949 in Edmore, to Carl and Elga (Jones) Latham. He lived most of his life in Mecosta Co. and worked for Dyer Construction in McBride for many years. On October 17, 1991 Doyle married Carolyn Maneke in Big Rapids. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Latham; 2 step children, Colette Capen of St. Clair Shores, and Craig (Lisa) Capen of Auburn Hills; 6 step grand children, Rebecca, Gabriel, Sarah, Ariel, Jared and Harte. Doyle is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert and Steven and his sister, Esther Nelson. Per Doyle's request cremation has taken place thru the care of Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton.
