Dorothy "Sue" Schwamberger, age 88 of Geneseo, New York, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2010. She was born January 18, 1922 in Monongahela, Pennsylvania the daughter of William and Minnette (Lytle) Hanna. Sue married Jack Schwamberger in 1944 and they made their home in Geneseo, New York for many years. Sue loved her family, playing bridge with her friends and you could always find her doing what she liked best, working in her yard. Sue was a member of the Eastern Star for many years and a fully fledged proud member of the "Clan Hanna" Society. She is survived by her 2 sons, Kurt (Sharon) Schwamberger of Canadian Lakes,MI, Mark "Pete" (Linda) Schwamberger of Spencerport, NY; grandchildren, Ryan Schwamberger of Florida, Mark Schwamberger of California, Eric (Kim) Schwamberger of IN, Stacey (Jack) Koning of MI and 4 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Jack in 1999 and a brother William "Bill" Hanna. No prior calling hours. Burial in Mononghelia, PA at the convenience of the family.
