Doris Fay Mack, age 75 of Morley, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2008 in Grand Rapids. She was born March 26, 1933 near Fremont to Jesse and Hazel (Pugh) Dougan. Doris Married Douglas F. Mack on May 31, 1968 in Grand Rapids where they made their home until moving to Morley in 1979. Doris was a member of American Legion Post #554 Ladies Auxiliary of Morley, Eagles Aerie 301 of Grand Rapids and was a proud Gold Star Mother. Doris will be forever missed by her loving family whose members include; Husband, Doug Mack of Morley 5 children; Vicki (Perry) Camden of Missouri Denise Clark of Big Rapids Bobbi Mack of Missouri Ritarae (Daryl) Wilde of Jenison Guy (Michelle) Mack of Grand Rapids 11 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren a brother, Arnold (Betty) Dougan of Chicago 2 sisters, Elaine Crittenden of Chattanooga, TN DonnaJean (Ed) Huber of Florida and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Doris was preceded in death by a son, Frank; a sister, Arlene Hamilin; and 4 brothers; Elwood, Arvin, Gaylord and her twin, Noris. Funeral services will take place 5:00 p.m. Saturday, May 17th at Crossroads Worship Center at the corner of old 131 and M-46 north of Howard City. Pastor Brad Reynolds will officiate. The family will greet friends on Friday, (today) from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids.
