Dewayne James Yarrington, age 87 of Big Rapids, Michigan formerly of Wyoming, Michigan died peacefully on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. He was born April 22, 1935. He joined the United States Navy in 1953. He married the love of his life, Doreen Spedowski February 1, 1957. He is survived by his wife; two sons; two daughters; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 15, 2022 at Northland United Methodist Church in Stanwood with visitation an hour prior.
