Dennis W. Vaughn, known affectionately as "Jackrabbit" to his friends and family, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at the age of 62. Dennis was born on July 31, 1962, in Big Rapids, the beloved son of Dale and Darlene Vaughn. He dedicated much of his life to the construction and pipeline industries. In his leisure time, Dennis enjoyed playing cards and rolling dice. Dennis is survived by his mother, Darlene Vaughn; children, Daisy Vaughn and Cody Vaughn; grandchild, Olivia; and siblings, Darryl Vaughn, Scott Vaughn, and Dean Vaughn. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale; and his sister, Denise. In accordance with Dennis's wishes, no services are planned.
