Daniel M. Kettel age 51, of Barryton passed away at home unexpectedly. Dan was born on December 5, 1966 in Clare, Michigan to Jerome and Maxine (Peavy) Kettel. Dan was raised in Barryton and graduate from Chippewa Hills High School in 1985. He was employed at Bandit Industries as a welder until 2017.Dan was a true outdoorsman and spent every minute available either in the woods hunting, or on the water fishing! Dan is survived by; seven siblings, Tony and Jennifer Kettel of Crossville, TN, Jeffry and Diane Kettel of Big Rapids, Mark Kettel of Saginaw, Dianne Stiles of Barryton, Linda and Clyde Antcliff of Blacksburg, SC, Robin and Greg Heatherington of Lakeview, Vicki and Jack Ulrich of Barryton and many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends. Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Maxine and one brother, Lawrence Kettel. Cremation has taken place through the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton.
