Charlotte Klara Hull, age 77 of Big Rapids, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at her home. She was born on January 27, 1936 in Karlsruhe, Germany, the daughter of George and Philoma (Weiman) Reinmller. Charlotte met Eugene E. Hull while he was stationed in the US Army in Germany and they were married on October 14, 1958 in Big Rapids. Charlotte and Eugene made their home and raised their family in Big Rapids where she was employed as a waitress at various restaurants. Charlotte was an excellent cook and enjoyed watching the birds outside in the sanctuary behind her home. Charlotte is survived by her husband of 55 years, Eugene who she kept "inline" ; two daughters, Carmen (Phillip) Currie and Carmella (Robert) Johnson all of Big Rapids; eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren with one on the way and many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Karl and Oscar Reinmller; one sister, Kradle Reinmller; an infant son Edward Eugene Hull and daughter Sylvia Woods. The family will greet friends from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids. Memorial donations in Charlotte's name can be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
