Cecilia Ann Harrington, age 84 of Barryton, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Genesys Medical Center in Grand Blanc. She is now reunited with her husband who passed away on February 16th of this year. Cecilia was born on July 14, 1934 to Ann (Ross) and Dean Goodwell. She was raised by her mother and helped her mom to raise her 4 brothers. This is where the nickname Baby came from. Cecilia married Robert Guynn and they made their home in Westland, MI and moved to Barryton full time in 1973. Robert preceded Cecilia in death in 1995. In 2004 she was lucky to find the second love of her life, Carl Harrington. They were married later that year. They enjoyed spending time together doing everything, from fishing to going to church and spending time with family and good friends. Cecilia enjoyed the small things in life, flowers, birds, nature and all things living. You could find her in the summer surrounded by loads of colorful flowers. Nature brought her such joy. Cecilia is survived by two children, Bob Guynn and wife Rose and Teresa Teal all of Flint; four grandchildren, Heather Guynn, Robert Guynn II, Linda Vestal and Robert Vincent; many great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bob and Willard Goodwell; dear friends, Don and Jane Phelps; stepchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and her beloved church family and friends. Cecilia is reunited with her daughter, Linda Stowell and brothers, Eric and Eddy Goodwell. A memorial service for Cecilia will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 18, 2019 at the Wheatland Church of Christ where she was a member with Carl the last 10 years.
