We lost our Mom today, the only one we ever had. Five sons who are now men. Seven years ago the Lord called our Dad home. Now he has called Mom. Together they are just as He intended. Carolyn Ann Pierson died peacefully at home on November 2nd, 2023. At her bedside were her sons Scott, Steve, and Terry. Born on September 30th 1941 in Toledo, OH she was a graduate of Whitney High School. Marrying the love of her life Stanley L. Pierson Jr in February 1959 they were together for 57 years before Stan preceded her death. Carol was a devoted wife and mother who raised five boys which was challenging enough to say the least. She has four siblings, brother Russell Wells (deceased), sister Lenore Hackett (deceased), sister Margaret Bowman and brother Vernon Jr. Mom is survived by her sons Scott, Doug, Todd, Terry, and Steve. She has 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family asks that any donations be made to either the American Cancer Society or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
