Camilla K. "Kay" MacMunn, age 79 of Canadian Lakes, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in Spring Hill, Florida. She was born April 4, 1933 in Provo, Kentucky, the daughter of Clifton and Edna (Flewallen) Holman. Kay graduated from East Commerce High School in Detroit. In 1952 she married George MacMunn in Detroit and together they raised their family in Southfield. After retiring in 1990 Kay and George moved to Canadian Lakes. She enjoyed spending time with her Canadian Lakes and Timber Pines friends; playing cards and golfing. Kay also liked taking trips to Las Vegas. Kay is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, George MacMunn of Canadian Lakes; 2 daughters, Gloria (John) Jaynes of Commerce, Janet (Peter) Driscoll of Clarkston; 4 grandchildren, Lisa and Craig Jaynes, Jennifer and Amanda Driscoll; 3 sisters, Geraldine (John) Griffin, Sue (Carl) Cerilli and Jean (Dan) Gooden; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. A memorial service will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012 White Chapel Cemetery in Troy.
