Bruce G. Alexander, age 74 of Reed City, died Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Royal View Retirement Community. He was born in Detroit on March 3, 1947, the son of the late Joseph and Barbara (Nixon) Alexander. Bruce was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 1967; serving in Vietnam where he received a Purple heart. He was a dedicated employee at AT&T for 38 years. Bruce was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed watching wildlife and fishing. He loved traveling with his wife, antiquing, and collecting model cars. Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years, Mary of Reed City; son, Joseph (Marybeth) Alexander of Reed City; five step-children; brother, Brian (Helga) Alexander of Wyoming; grandchildren, Anthony, Gabriel, Isabelle; 12 step-grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
