Brian K. Bauman, age 53 of Paris, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010. He was born October 28, 1956 in Stanwood the son of Fritz and Georgia (Jorgensen) Bauman. Brian had lived in Mecosta County most of his life. He was a fuser and welder for the pipeline for many years. Brian liked to ride horses, bonfires and being with friends and family. He is survived by his wife Vickey Bauman of Paris; a son, Chad Bauman of Reed City; a daughter, Heidi Blanchard of Big Rapids; a grandson, Charles Moore; his parents, Fritz and Georgia Bauman of Big Rapids; a brother, Allan Bauman of Big Rapids, many nieces and nephews including, Ryan Bauman and Eric Kline and many loving members of Vickey's family. Brian was preceded in death by his sister, Sheila Kline. There will be a viewing and visitation for Brian, Sunday, September 26th where his family will greet friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids. The visitation will conclude with a prayer for Brian at 4:00 p.m. by Pastor Mike Riegler. Memorial contributions in Brian's memory, may be given to his wife, Vickey.
