Brenda Kay Queen, age 62, passed away peacefully, Friday, August 4, 2023, at Autumnwood of McBain. She was born October 8, 1960, in Tawas City, the daughter of Robert and Shirley (Sours) Reasner. Following graduation from high school, she attended Ferris State University earning a Bachelor Degree in Social Work. Brendas career started as a substance abuse worker for Human Aid Inc. in Reed City. She later worked for 10 years for the Department of Social Service in Big Rapids. Brenda is survived by her brother, Richard (Linda) Reasner of Lansing; sister, Barb Heilmann of Wausau Wisconsin; and step-mother Ann Reasner of Tawas City. She was preceded in death by her parents.
