Beverly A. Lyle, age 61 of Big Rapids, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at her home following a battle with cancer. She was born September 19, 1945 in El Paso, Texas to Burton and Hazel (Johnson) Lyle. Beverly was a 1963 graduate of Morley-Stanwood High School and attended Nursing School in Grand Rapids. She worked at several businesses in Big Rapids including, baking for Mancino's, Southland Pharmacy and Rite-Aid. Beverly is survived by her loving mother; Hazel Lyle of Big Rapids A Brother; Lance B. Lyle of Stanwood Aunt; Dorothy McArthur of Alexandria, VA and several cousins. Beverly was preceded in death by her father, Burton Lyle. A memorial service will take place 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 29th at the Big Rapids Seventh Day Adventist Church where Beverly was a member. Pastor David Gotshall will officiate.
