Beverly Gammons, 70, of Big Rapids, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025. She was born on October 5, 1954, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, to LeRoy and Esther (Andel) Larson. A 1973 graduate of Big Rapids High School, Beverly dedicated her life to her family, who were always her greatest pride and joy. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, cherishing time spent with her loved ones above all else. For the past 20 years, Beverly worked at Walmart, where she made countless friendships and became a cherished part of the community. Her lifes journey took her to many places around the world, but she always found joy in returning home to her family. With the arrival of spring each year, Beverly embraced her passion for gardening and tending to her flowers and lawn, a hobby that brought her immense happiness and peace. While she was blessed with many friends, her family remained her truest companions. Beverly is survived by her children, Melissa Gammons and Robert (Jennifer) Gammons; her beloved grandchildren, Owen, Abby, Logan, and Madison; her father, LeRoy Larson; her siblings, Bill (Connie) Larson and Bruce Larson; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Esther Larson, and her granddaughter, Molly. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids, with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
