Barbara J. Price, age 93, died peacefully Saturday, April 1, 2023 at her home in Barryton. She was born March 17, 1930 in Ionia, the daughter of George and Naomi (Charters) Johnson. Barb worked retail at JCPenney for over twenty years. She enjoyed fishing, bowling, and playing cards with friends and family. Most of all, Barb loved to spend time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her two children, David Price, Debra Buecklein; step-daughter, Nancy Prater; grandchildren, Kelly (Joanem Alamo) Price, Lisa (Derek) Migazzi, Gregory (Kelly) Price, Hanna Price, Jacob Price, Timi Ferrigan, Tenneale (Chuck) Malesko, Angela Price, Corissa (Bill) Harris, Mallorie (Brad) Harris, Cassie (Eric) Petry; and nine great-grandchildren. Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents; sons, Gerald and Robert Price Jr.; and two brothers. Inurnment at Bingham Cemetery in Saint Johns, Michigan in the Spring.
