Barbara "Barb" J. Biller, age 94, died peacefully Thursday, November 24, 2022 surrounded by family. Barb was born June 2, 1928 in Flint, the daughter of William and Grace (Jenkins) Cady. She had a love and passion for music, whether it be singing or playing her accordion. Barb and her husband, Richard, sang for 24 years in the Chippewa Lake area and would sing on Rockford Radio Station every Saturday. She enjoyed dancing to a good polka song and the jitterbug. Barb was a part of TOPS Group in Big Rapids for over 20 years and cherished the support and friendships she received from her TOPS family. She valued the time she spent with her precious grandchildren and will be missed by all who loved her. The family would like to express their gratitude to Kelly Johanson who would spend Fridays taking care of Barb and spending time with her. They also appreciate all the help they received from the Senior Center. She is survived by her children, Robert Hays of Remus, Richard (Marilyn) Biller of Lakeview, Christy Denslow of Big Rapids, Vicky (William) Dexter of Rodney, Roger (Kathy) Biller of Rodney; three grandchildren she raised for a few years, Robbie, Rodney, and Bret Biller; 20 grandchildren; many, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Barb was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Biller; son, Dennis Biller; granddaughter, Tracy Biller-Wilbur; parents; siblings, George Cady, Gladys Martin, Evelyn Shore, Iola Styles, Ruby Ferrier, Beatrice Batchelder, and William Cady. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home in Big Rapids with visitation an hour prior. Memorial contributions may be made to Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home to help pay for funeral expenses.
