Anne H. (Knapp) Kopenski age 78, passed away peacefully at home in Grand Rapids, MI on January 19, 2021. She was born April 2, 1942 in Midland, Park NJ where she grew up and was a graduate of Midland Park High. Anne enjoyed a long career as a Legal Assistant in Grand Rapids. She treasured spending time with a large circle of family and friends over the years in both Grand Rapids and Naples, FL. Anne is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Karl R. Kopenski of Grand Rapids; her daughters, Nancy (Jack) Titus, Patricia (Mike) Ryan and Jacquelyn Fox; step-children, Karl R. Kopenski Jr., Kelly (Todd) Simpkins, Kim Rimoni, Sherie Lynn Kopenski, Scott (Lori) Kopenski, Tabatha Kopenski; brother, Robert (Barbara) Knapp; sister, Audrey (Albert) Lapinski; sister-in-law, Lois Knapp and a very large extended family of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Adriana and Andrew Knapp; brothers, Harry Knapp and Kenneth Knapp; sisters, Janet Knapp and Dorothy Mateychick; brother-in-law, Michael Mateychick and step-son, Brian Kopenski A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date when COVID-19 Restrictions are lifted.
