Anna (Fountain) Loree, age 91 of Big Rapids, passed away Friday, August 26, 2022, at her home. She was born in Chicago on August 20, 1931, the daughter of William and Bernice (Stuba) Waskowicz. Anna was employed by General Motors for 38 years before she retired. She looked forward to many things in life. Anna liked to listen to music and dance, travel and see new places, and drive; especially to the Mackinaw Bridge to appreciate the scenery. She enjoyed her cats, watching game shows and baseball on tv, going to the casino, crafting, and doing puzzles. Anna loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her three children, Cheryl (Ric) Milholin of Pennsylvania, Rick (Rene) Fountain of Big Rapids, and Chris (Greg) Vodry of Big Rapids; 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister Lorraine Chasseur of Big Rapids; and many nieces and nephews. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, husband Floyd Loree, and son Dave Fountain. A private family service will be held.
