Angela Debra Chupp, age 33 of Paris, passed away with her family by her side on Thursday, January 10, 2013 after a brave fight with cancer. She was born May 4, 1979 in Reed City, the daughter of Debra (James) Walter and Benjamin (Michelle) Chupp. Angie graduated from the Big Rapids High School in 1998. She worked for the Mecosta County Medical Center as a house keeper for 11 years until her health declined. Angie loved fishing, hunting, camping and being with family, friends and her dog Hazel. She enjoyed going to the casino with her mom, "muddin" and country music, especially Jason Aldean. Angie was a giving person who was always thinking of everyone else and made those around her smile. Angie is survived by her parents, Debra (James) Walter of Paris and Benjamin (Michelle) Chupp of Kingsley; six siblings, Amanda (Trinidad) Inosencio of Stanwood, Andrew (Ashley) Chupp of Big Rapids, James (Raszuana) Walter of Vesteburg, Rory Henery of Evart, Riley Eckert of Paris and Gavin Chupp of Evart; six nieces and nephews, Kristina Inosencio, Andria and Ashlyn Chupp, Ashia, Jayden and Rhyker Walter; her grandparents, Lois Gross of Big Rapids and Ben and Sondra Chupp of Chase; many aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Albert and Vivian Gross. Funeral services will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Daggett-Gilbert Funeral Home with Pastor Rich Cook officiating. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 14th and one hour prior to services beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Angie's name may be made to the family to be dispersed amongst the multiple charitable organizations that Angie had specified.
