Alejo Antonio-Manuel "Tony" Lynk, age 28 of Big Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 24, 2008. He was born May 10, 1980 in Reed City. He spent most of his life in Big Rapids where he attended High School and was active in sports. Tony loved the outdoors which led him to his career as an arborist. He worked alongside his father in the family business, "Got-Stumps" . Tony was also a car enthusiast and especially enjoyed tinkering on cars. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Tony's friends and family were most important in his life; he was always there for them when he was needed. He is survived by his loving family whose members include his parents, Dolores and Dan Isanhart of Big Rapids, his 2 sons, Antonio and Chance Lynk of Barryton, His brother, Philip Isanhart, His sister, Monica Isanhart and her sons, Maliki and Gage Cook all of Big Rapids and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Tony was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rosario and William Lynk and his paternal grandparents Roy and Donna Isanhart. A memorial service will take place 1:00 p.m. Wednesday December 31, 2008 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Big Rapids with Father Lam T. Le officiating.
